Payment arrangement not kept

Hello have a payment arrangement and suspended service before the payment arrangement and I have a reference number from the agent

As a single mom I understand that sometimes we all need a bit of extra time to make a payment to a bill. Have you followed the link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement to set up an arrangement if the account is eligible?

I was already setup with one. The agent set it up and gave me a reference number it's supposed to be until the 31st but it was shut off today

@user_o0ekhq While we can manually set up payment arrangements, and restore services if needed, our billing system completes audits and can disconnect services when showing the account is not eligible for a payment arrangement to be set up. I would be happy to take a look at the account to see what is going on.
