Payment arrangement not honored

You aren't honoring my payment arrangement promised for July 2nd and my service is off and noone will help me.  This is ridiculous.

Have you logged into your Xfinity app or account, and looked to see if the payment arrangement is still listed? Your Xfinity app would be how to manage your payment arrangement.
