Payment arrangement made, service still suspended

I setup a payment arrangement for June 27th and was told my service would be fine as long as the payment wasn't changed. I got home today to my service suspended and no way to actually talk to someone to figure out the issue. The payment arrangement is still showing on my account, but I am without service. Please help.
