Payment arrangement issue

Trying to utilize but will not allow me to select a date.. just looking to pay via May 28th but the chat doesn't let me select a date.

Please beware of supposed payment plan arrangements. This is how all my information got hacked. The number I called was the Xfinity number but it must’ve been mirrored. They talked me into a plan to pay 20 more a month to catch up. I had to pay $50 to start the plan. From there I was completely hacked. No one has been able to help me. I’m reporting them due to personal and financial loss as well as compromising my safety
