Payment arrangement Internet restoration

Hi, my name is Keeland [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I’ve been an Xfinity customer for awhile. I set up 2 payment arrangements for the past balance and current balance to be paid and the assistant said that my Internet will be restored but it still hasn’t been restored. I tried to get into contact with a billing agent to see if they can restore it but it’s almost impossible to do that. Can someone please help me restore my internet

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
