Payment arrangement however still disconnected
I set up arrangement on 2nd for 18th. This is the payment date and amount the system told me to do. Said this payment qualifies you for a payment arrangement. Awesome! You can imagine my surprise when in middle of work meeting my services are disconnected. No worries I will reach out to customer service they will understand. No they will not. They are acting like I never had an arrangement even though payment is still showing. Said I must have done it wrong - nothing they can do now. Why was I offered this option and then disconnected anyways? And no one reached out to say hey we decided to go back on our arrangement. I really need some help as I work from home! Anyone able to help?
