PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT BUT STILL DISCONNECTED
I chatted with an agent on 4/8/24 to set up a payment arrangement to pay the past due balance on my account on 4/15/24 and was advise that my service would be find just to wake up to disconnected service. I have been a customer for almost 7 years and the customer service has slowly gotten worse. This is the reason why I prefer chat instead of calls. Please see proof below.

Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?

DM and get no response. Call and ask for a supervisor, and get transferred to just a ringing line with no answer. This is showing me that maybe Xfinity is no longer a good service provider.

I guess this is what you have to do when customer service lies via chat and gives you the run around when you call.
