Payment Arrangement and No Services Restored

Hello,

I set up a payment arrangement using the mobile app and my services have yet to be restored and it has been two hours. The Xfinity app said I set up a payment arrangement but i’ve gotten no confirmation beyond a scheduled payment email and i’ve seen many similar complaints. Please assist me in restoring services and confirming that it was actually a payment arrangement.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
