Hi @CaDoll! We appreciate you for posting to the Xfinity Forum to get help with a payment arrangement. You can schedule a payment for a future date in My Account, at https://comca.st/2XhZ7qL, or through the My Account app. If it helps, you can also change your bill due date to a different date in the month going forward. You can do this in My Account. Please be advised if your bill is already past due, this option will not be available.
1. Log in to https://comca.st/2XhZ7qL2. Select Billing, then Bill and Payment Settings3. Click on Schedule a Payment4. Then go to Payment Date and choose a new due date.
Your account could be eligible for a payment arrangement. Payment arrangements can be made using My Account, the Xfinity Assistant, or our automated system when calling in. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. I hope this helps!
