I am having a problem paying my fiancé bill. He’s in the hospital and can’t remember his account number do to the 2 seizure he had. How can I pay his bill. Please help

Hi there and welcome to Comcast @user_a9qnfh. I am sorry to hear your fiancé is not doing good right now. I hope he gets well soon. In regards the bill you have a couple of ways to pay the bill, you can go to an xfinity bill and pay it at the kiosk but make sure to have a billing statement. Other options will be online or on the Xfinity App but you will need to know the xfinity username to pay online or the App. Here is a link on the options to pay the bill, https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay.
