Paying off 2 year Old Debt

I had an old Xfinity Mobile account that went to collections around 2023. Sequium told me they no longer have the account and to contact Xfinity, I talked to the assistant and it says i owe $110.87 but the website says I owe $528.07 and the payment page won’t let me pay because it keeps asking me to reload. Can you tell me my actual balance and help me make a payment?
