paying my bill

I am having a hard time getting online to pay my bill.  I realize that I am a month behind but that should not knock out my user name and password.  I have a steady customer for years and this is the first time I have late with a payment

I was requestimg my access  to gain first; my id back on the pay on line site, second: just want to advise that I can only pay 1months bill due to a recent major hacking on my complete system.

Just a quick reminder: your Xfinity username is part of your Xfinity ID, which you use to sign in. In many cases, it may also be your @comcast.net email address.

If you're using an Xfinity Voice Remote, you can simply say “Xfinity ID” or “Username” to find the primary user's ID on your X1 TV box. For secondary users, the Xfinity ID can be found by signing in at xfinity.com or using the Xfinity app.

If you’ve forgotten your password, no worries — you can reset it anytime at xfinity.com/password.
And if you know your current password but just want to update it, you can do that easily at xfinity.com.

Also, if you're dealing with a billing issue, I wanted to share that you can set up a payment arrangement or an Installment Plan for Balance Due

Hello @TERAGRAMENUJ I understand the importance to getting your payment paid. We understand things happen, and we will never block you from paying your bill because you are behind on payments. Are you trying to make that payment on your Xfinity app or are you using a computer?

I am using my computer as I always have. Same computer and all my xfinity items.  My password is not acceptable and you do not have my user address

Get my back on line and my payment will go by this Tuesday
