paying my bill
I am having a hard time getting online to pay my bill. I realize that I am a month behind but that should not knock out my user name and password. I have a steady customer for years and this is the first time I have late with a payment

Hello @TERAGRAMENUJ I understand the importance to getting your payment paid. We understand things happen, and we will never block you from paying your bill because you are behind on payments. Are you trying to make that payment on your Xfinity app or are you using a computer?
