Why do Employees keep posting that claim? The call-to-pay automated system is no longer available, at least not in South-Central PA.
Calling 1-800-Xfinity a few minutes ago:
IVR: In a few you words tell me how I can help you today
Me: Pay bill
IVR: To protect your account and account related information we now require you to sign in to pay your Xfinity bill. You can manage billing and payments online at Xfinity.com.
