Paying bill
I have been trying to pay my bill online for over a week. I have paid this way for years with no problem. Now the payment page pops up for a second then immediately goes to another page saying I must pay in person. I have never paid any bill in person. That is the most ridiculous and inconvenient thing I have ever heard. I have never had a returned payment or any issue like that. Why am I getting this message and when will it be fixed? I called customer service and was told to wait 48 hours and try again. It has been well over 48 hours and it still does not work. I just want to pay a bill. It should not be this difficult and time consuming.

Hello @user_4o305q, and thank you for taking the time to reach out on our Xfinity Community Forum, and we appreciate you already trying to resolve this through our self-service options and by contacting support. I understand how frustrating it would be to simply want to pay your bill and continually run into the same issue.
To help us better understand what's happening, are you attempting to make the payment from a mobile phone or a desktop/laptop computer? If you're using a desktop or laptop, could you please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then attempt the payment again? In some cases, a stored browser session can become stuck in an error loop.
Have you also tried making the payment through the Xfinity App or by using Xfinity Assistant? Those are additional self-service options that may help if the website isn't behaving as expected.
We also have an article that outlines the different payment methods available, which you can find here: https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay.
Please let us know the device you're using and whether you've had the opportunity to try any of the steps above. We're happy to continue working with you on this.❤️
