Paying bill

This has been the worst ever customer service! I have been trying to reach Charlie [Edited: "Personal Information"] to pay my bill which he got lowered to 235. I'm grateful for that, however he is not answering his direct line and now I can't get in touch with anyone at Comcast! What is up with the games!. I am trying to pay my [Edited: "Language"] bill!
