user_z4rj0s Thanks for reaching out to us for assistance with your phone billing/payment concern. Are you able to access the Xfinity app to go to the Mobile tab at the bottom? That is where you would find both the mobile billing, and payment option for the mobile account.
@user_0be217 If you need a copy of your Xfinity Mobile bill, sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account or the Xfinity app to view and download past bills. On the bill overview page you can see your billing date, invoice period, summary of charges, and a detailed breakdown by line (including plan charges, taxes/fees, promotions, device payments, and data usage).
