Hey there, @user_fxxg7z thank you so much for taking the time to reach us via our Xfinity Forums community about paying off your phone after closing your account. To pay off a Xfinity Mobile device after closing your account, sign in to your Xfinity account online or the Xfinity app using your Primary user ID to access the "Devices" section, where you can select the device and pay the remaining balance. The device usually unlocks automatically within 48 hours of full payment.
