Hello, @autumnaspears, and sorry for the inconvenience. Can you describe for me the type of system failure/error your running into on the call? In the meantime we have some great alternatives to using the phone. I use the Xfinity App myself
Download the app, sign in, and navigate to the Account tab to make a payment. You can select the payment amount, date, and method, including credit/debit cards or bank accounts.
You can also pay online. To pay sign in to your account at xfinity.com using your Primary or Manager Xfinity ID and password. Click on Billing & Pay, then select Make a Payment. Choose either your current balance or another amount to pay. You can use a U.S. bank account or credit/debit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa). Payments may take up to one business day to reflect.
Alternatively, People don't talk enough about using the X1 TV Box by following similar steps. For more details see:
