@user_5gl49a To pay a past due bill for your Xfinity account, you can follow these steps:

  1. Say “My Account” into your TV voice remote to make a payment through your TV Box.
  2. Visit xfinity.com on your computer or mobile device.

If you have a past-due balance on your Xfinity Mobile account, you can set up a repayment plan by chatting with Xfinity Assistant or calling 1-888-936-4968. Ensure you stay current with payments to keep your service active.

I've just paid 148.+, to have my mobile service restored, and I've been without service for 2 months now, Comcast charged for that amount and for 2 whole months I've been without my service. Someone from Schiff law contacted me about a fraudulent CHARGES to my account. WHY?????? and to date I have no service. WHY????

@user_be8y95 We would not be able to comment on why you were contacted by a law office but can dive into your account and provide a status update as well as review any recent account activity. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
