user_zl9rs1 Thanks for reaching out with your concerns. To locate your Xfinity account number, sign in to your account on xfinity.com and look under Account Details. You can also find your account number in the Xfinity app, just log in, tap the Account tab, and select Account settings to view your account number. You can also find your account number at the top of your billing statement. Please note that only Primary and Manager user profiles have access to view full account numbers. You can find instructions for paying your Xfinity bill at the following link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-comcast-bill-online.
