Hello, @user_61cict thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I want to ensure you're able to make a payment, and want to investigate this further. I had some questions when you have time to answer:

 

- When you're attempting to make a payment are you doing that here: https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay, through the Xfinity App or both?
- Is the payment page not loading?
- Do you receive an error message when attempting to make a payment?
