Pay arrangements
I can’t manage my billing on the app it’s very annoying to I have options and room to extend my payment but on chat it’s no longer providing that option I don’t like talking repeating auto message and now it’s the same like this on the chat ugh.

As a single mom I understand that sometimes we all need a bit of extra time to make a payment to a bill. Have you followed the link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement to set up an arrangement if the account is eligible?
