Pay agreement and overdraft charges

I talked to an agent and he set up a pay agreement for me. However, I just checked my bank account and noticed you tried to take out the next payment. I just had to pay another 29 overdraft and now I get another because you all don't know what the [Edited: "Language"] is going on. Why do I keep having to pay for your [Edited: "Language"] ups?
