The final statement with the billing corrections is sent by USPS mail a few weeks after closing the account. It goes to the billing address on file.   • Pay online or in the Xfinity app
  • Call 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489) to process a payment with our phone system
  • Mail a check to the address shown on your billing statement
  • Visit a Xfinity Retail store
