Pausing subscription to move

I am going to be in between apartments for one month while moving. Can I pause my bill so that I don't have to pay during that timeframe?

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_jbhfle! While we do offer the Seasonal Convenience Plan as a way to temporarily pause services, it requires services to be paused for a minimum of 60 days.

I have a similar issue but will be in between apartments for about 2 months and then moving out of state. I will need to pause service for those 2 months and then provide my new address (don't have 1 yet). Can I do this?

user_466nk4 Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. You can have the Seasonal Convenience Plan for a minimum of 60-days and a maximum of 180-days (up to 270-days depending on where you live). If you need to enroll in this, we suggest going here (https://comcastseasonal.com/#!/) you can enroll online if you decide it's a good fit for what you're looking for while you are away.
