Pause My Service

I've moved out from my previous residence since September. I couldn't end my service on App so I had to sign up for a pause service that only charges me for several dollars until I move in to a new address. But I kept receiving bills from Xfinity for the wifi service that I've no longer been using. How can I actually pause my service till I find a new residence or maybe how can I just end this service permanently?

With the situation you described we would want to close the account at your previous address and when you move to a new residence we can help set up an account for you there. I am happy to help out and take care of the account for us since you are not able to complete a cancellation online.
