"Past Due" Warning when NOT Past Due
Three times in the past year I have received e-mail from Xfinity telling me buy payment is past due. One arrive again today. December 14. The bill is due December 17. After finally reaching a chat agent (not the stupid AI thing), the admitted that the due date was December 17. One suggested that it is a "reminder" that the date is coming soon, since I am not on automatic pay.
No. A reminder is "Remember your bill is due in a couple of days", not "Your bill is past due, pay today to avoid late fees".
Sort of scummy customer service. I am not late, but your system thinks I am? Is it going to charge me late fees?

Hello @jwm2 thank you for taking time out of your day to post in our community forum. I understand that this is frustrating, and I would like to double-check the account and see why this is happening.
Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you further.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
