Past due emails
Why am I receiving past due emails when my account is auto debited and has never been past due? I feel like these are phishing emails, but they look legitimate.

Hey there, user_9fgu2p! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the emails. If your account is all update, and you see the charges out of your financial institution, I would recommend reporting the emails. You can view your account and payments via the Xfinity App. We would recommend following the steps here to report the email for phishing/scam. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns.

If you check your email with Comcast's Xfinity Connect webmail (https://connect.xfinity.com/), look for the XFINITY Verified Email logo next to any message that claims to be from Comcast/Xfinity. Note that anyone can insert an XFINITY Verified image in the body of an email, so it's important to note not only the presence of that image, but that it is in the correct locations:
See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-verified-email for examples of valid logo placement. A logo in the body of the email does not count.
If the logo is missing when you view the message in webmail, the message is not from Comcast/Xfinity. Unfortunately, AFAIK the logo is not present when you view one of their messages in an email app or program. It's only visible when you view their web email site in a browser.
Samples of recent phishing messages can be found at https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/alerts under "Top Phishing Scams".
