Past due bill with charges that are not accurate. Is this a scam?
I have past due charges and other charges that are not accurate. Now my service is going to be suspended due to none payment and I can’t get any help with this. What do I do? Any suggestions? I do not get paid until Friday for the past due amount and I paid all of my bill that was $304 in Jan now it says I owe $381. What am I supposed to do?

Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
