Past due balance

Hello,

I cannot afford my past due balance and my services were suspended. I spoke with someone about extending it and they said that they did, but my services were suspended anyway. What should I do?

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
