Past due balance when there is nothing past due

I was attempting to change my seasonal plan and prevented me from making the change because the system told me I had a past due balance.  I checked billing and nothing past due. I called and once I got past the automated system, I was told there was nothing past due.  xfinity has one of the most useless and difficult to use websites.  No structure and even worse when you have two locations.  And it is extremely slow.  I think it is about time to get rid of xfinity.  There is no way I would use their mobile devices.
