We understand that sometimes you might need a bit more time to make your payment. That's why we offer a payment arrangement option for eligible customers. This allows you to extend your payment deadline and avoid service disconnection.
Here's how it works:
You can extend your payment deadline by up to 21 days from the arrangement setup date. If your account is already in soft disconnect, the extension is up to 15 days.
To qualify, your account must have been delinquent but made current at least once before.
Please note that Xfinity Mobile services are not eligible for these arrangements, but we do offer flexible payment options for those services.
Payments must be made by 10:30 p.m. ET on the due date to avoid any interruption.
You can set up your payment arrangement online or through our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
