Partial or prorate charges added without my knowledge
Partial or prorate charges were added without my knowledge since I convert to unlimited data usage and rep asked me to get unlimited package but never informed me about these extra prorate charges, so I called you guys 100 times and finally 1 rep picked up and told me charges will be removed within 1 day and now it has been 3 days my monthly pay should be 80 for coming month but it is above 121 dollars. (I had 10 dollars in my account otherwise my monthly pay is 90 dollars)
