Parents promotion expiring
I am the account manager for my parents account and their contract is expiring beginning of March. Due to the recent fee increase, they are currently looking at AT&T Fiber and AT&T stream as the prices are cheaper than what they are paying now. I called Comcast, but the price they offered me was a higher price for lower TV service. It was kind of an insult. I am wondering if the Xfinity Support team can offer the same plan that my parents have now for a greater discount. If not, my parents will be leaving Comcast after being customers since the 90s. Also they are seniors. Don’t know if Comcast has senior discounts.

Unfortunately we couldn’t come up with a deal. Looks like my parents will be going with AT&T fiber and Stream. Will be signing up shortly and be done with Comcast before the current promotion expires.

So my parents just called to disconnect their Comcast service after having Directv Stream and Fiber installed. Besides returning the boxes, what else needs to be done. Their is the Comcast amp on the side of the house, I guess all that stays. Also how much will my parents get back in credits?
Waiting for invitation for @Xfinity Support
