Parent debt preventing me from getting my own service
So to get straight to the point, since march my parents switched to a new isp that I don’t like so I decided to get my own Xfinity account and service, pay full price for a modem and set up my own stuff. Long story short, my service was randomly shutdown and my address has been blocked due to the previous tenants debt which I knew nothing about prior. I’ve spent many hours speaking on the phone with support, chat, and the rapid review team/backend, just for nothing to help. I’m out of options and just want my own service setup, I have the money.
