Paperless billing discount ended

Hi! I have been receiving a paperless billing discount.  The discount has stopped, but I am still paperless with auto payment set up.  Any idea why the discount has ended?

Hello, @user_c5405b. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums, you have contacted the right place to investigate the paperless statement/autopay discount. Some discounts can be tied to the life of package/promotion. I would definitely like to investigate this further to see why it is no longer applying, with no changes to your autopay or paperless statement set up.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble  

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
