Paperless Billing and Autopay Discount Not Showing on Upcoming Charges

I have Xfinity Wifi internet with Autopay (with a bank account) and Paperless billing which have been giving me a $10 discount.  I upgraded plans about a week ago and the discount did not show up in cart during ordering.  Upcoming charges are also not showing it.  I was hoping this would work itself out, but it doesn't appear to.  Please advise.
