Paperless & Automatic Payment
We had an issue last month with this discount (which may have been our fault) that was quickly solved for us (which we greatly appreciated!).

Looking at this months bill, it appears that the discount is once again not on there. Any help with fixing this would be much apprecaited. Maybe something I'm doing wrong, something wrong with the account, whatever it is just want to get it worked out so this comes off each month.
