Hey there, user_1lza5w! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving a paper statement, we would recommend visiting here to ensure that paperless billing is turned off. If it is turned on, you would be able to go back to view the statements sent digital to the primary email on file or by logging into the Xfinity App to pull up the PDF statement. If it is on, you can select the button to turn it off and you would return to normal paper statements. Please let us know if you have any other quesitons/concerns, we are happy to help!
