Hello, user_x7299s thank you for taking time out of your day to create a post. You've contacted the right place for assistance in regard to the request for paper billing. When signing up, billing is defaulted to paperless statements to be Eco friendly. 

To receive a paper copy of your bills, you will need to log into your account either online or through the great Xfinty App. Once logged in go to billing section, find where Paperless Billing is turned on, and then toggle that button to off. Here is a helpful walkthrough document that will show you how to get to the section in your account to toggle the paperless statements off: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/signing-up-for-paperless-billing?view=app. 

I do want to help get the proper expectations set up that if you're on a promotion that has discounts related to paperless statements. Turning that feature off will result in losing the discounts.
