Paper bill not being sent
We have always received a paper bill but the last two did not arrive. I called Xfinity and after two phone calls (one with a supervisor) and verifying my account is not setup for Ecobill, I was told that my bank may have set it up. I knew this was not the case but called my bank anyway. Bank did nothing. Why are our paper bills suddenly not being sent?

You can find a copy of your bill in PDF form in My Account.
Just an FYI if you haven't heard, paper bills will be discontinued in January 2021, but you can opt out of that and receive paper bills again after February 15th, 2021.

Hello, baker409, I hope overall you are enjoying your service and your day is going well. We have a few options to add/remove Eco Bill and Auto-Pay. From the Xfinity My Account app and from our website 🙂 Do you use the app? If you select Settings (Gear Icon) go to Billing Preferences and then Bill Delivery Options. If Paper Bill is selected we will send you paper copies. I am wondering if this issue has to do with the mail delivery system? I hope this can help bring some peace of mind to the situation. We love digital solutions, but we will get your bill to you either way!
