Paid payment arrangement, still got disconnected, sent DM and still nothing
4th time I'm having to write this cuz something keep [Edited: Language] up.. I made a payment arrangement for the 22nd. Logged in and paid 199.96 as that's what it told me I owed. IT'S NOW 330AM AND I HAVE NO INTERNET I logged in and it said 212 and change was owed. So I thought, oh I paid wrong amount. Paid an additional 15.00 to cover. STILL NO INTERNET!!! I've paid now OVER THE AMOUNT I WAS SUPPOSED TO AND INTERNET STILL GETS SHUT OFF??? Not only that once service gets "suspended" you can't talk to a live representative at all.. Heaven forbid getting someone on the phone.. Please can someone from Comcast help me. I've got to get this figured out BEFORE I go to work.. Thank you

Been up since 3am trying to get a Comcast representative. But since service is "disconnected" I can't get anybody on the phone, or chat, so last time I came here I got help fairly quickly. Looks like things have changed. I've sent a dm and still nothing. I really need to get this figured out SINCE I ALREADY PAID MY BILL!!
