Paid overdue balance but my internet is still down.

I paid my overdue not 15 min after my wifi shut off, as I thought I had auto pay on. But nonetheless it’s paid and I still have no internet. It’s been hours now.

Hello @user_f19cf5. Thank you for making a payment. I can understand the concerns when you need your serivce restored. Have you checked the Xfinity Status Center for any reported interruptions? Sometimes when you think it is the bill, it ends up being an area wide interruption. I do know full restoration for a bill can take up to 1-hour. How are the services working now?
