Paid off my over due balance

I just paid off my over due balance after it was suspended for a 2-3 months. I was charged $310 for unreturned equipment which I understand because they probably thought I wasn’t gonna pay any more. But now that I’ve paid off my balance, I was wondering, how long it will take for my internet to be reconnected? Or do I have to start a new plan, since I was charged for unreturned equipment?

Thank you for your recent payment as well to bring your account back up to current! I know that can be difficult to do at times as I've been there myself before. Not to worry, you're in the right hands to help get this resolved! 

 

If your account was closed due to the unpaid balance, we'll need to restart your services together. If they were simply interrupted for nonpayment, your service will restore automatically within a few hours. Since you mentioned the unreturned equipment charges, it sounds like it closed.
