user_2mmu0k Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Community Forums. If the payment is already in process you will need to contact your bank to cancel the payment but if it just scheduled that change can be made online or via app.
To cancel a payment on Xfinity, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Billing page on your Xfinity account.
2. Scroll down to "UPCOMING PAYMENTS".
3. Click on the payment you need to cancel.
4. Select "Edit payment" from the pop-up.
5. Choose "Cancel Payment" to cancel the scheduled payment entirely. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will see a message on the screen.
Keep in mind that credit/debit card payments and checking account deductions can take up to a full business day to process and post to your account.
