Paid bill for 2 months
I have a past due bill that I have been trying to pay for over a week. I have screenshots of an error message. I have a screenshot of the chat bot, verifying the end of my checking account to take full payment for last month and next month, which isn’t even due yet but yet when I go online, it says I still owe two months and I can’t get a live person to talk to me on the phone

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

It was $645.11 that I paid and 1/2 of that is not due for another 3nweeks! Funny thing is on my app on iPhone they wouldn’t take the 1 month due amount so kept getting an error screen but then the chat bot showed up and only worked when I paid the 2 months lol Comcast…... This is truly bad business. I only owed 312.00 app wouldn’t work.
