Hello, @user_fdgtpf have you already tried updating the payment method from www.Xfinity.com and from the Xfinity app? You would need to be signed in as the Primary user, and you may need to delete the current payment method first. Especially if Auto Pay is enabled.

user_fdgtpf if you sign into www.xfinity.com go to "Billing and Pay" at the top of the page. Then select "Manage Payment methods." From here you can add, edit or remove payment methods as needed. If Auto Pay is enabled, delete the method that has Auto Pay associated with it. Then add your debit card and re-enable Auto Pay if needed.
