Owed refund, Supervisor didn't call, keep getting dropped!

Hello!  I need to know how to talk to a supervisor.  I am owed a refund based on a mistake that Xfinity made.  All of the reps I have talked to said there will be no problem with this, but a supervisor needs to chat with me to approve it and discuss how I'll receive the refund.  Anyway, I've been promised supervisor calls more than once, and I keep the phone with me the entire time, and they never call!  Then I called back (more than once) and was told I'm finally - now - being transferred to a supervisor, and then I'm put on hold for 20 minutes until I finally hang up because no supervisor came on.  Is this on purpose!??!  Do I need to get an attorney or something?

Is there a way I can talk to someone directly via texting if needed?  Like a real supervisor who will put through this refund?  So frustrated...

The concern is not "E-mail" help related......... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you!  This is my first time posting and sending an email, I didn't know how it works.  I would appreciate a call so we can remedy this.  Thank you!
