Overpriced Rates

Want to change my plan, just get Internet and landline.  Xfinity has plans with just those services for new customers but not for 20+ year customers.

rate just went up $50 to $253 WITHOUT  ANY PRIME CHANNELS.  

I’m retired on fixed income.  Either I drop services I don’t need, or I’ll need to drop Xfinity altogether!  

will also be buying my own router/wifi modem.  Enough is enough

Our team will do our best to help. I understand where you are coming from and how frustrating it might seem when you are not able to get a promotional price you see in your area. A cool new feature we launched for a longer term customs is our Xfinity Reward program. Depending on how long you've had service with us, depends on what tier of rewards you get. It's a pretty cool program! My mom has been a customer for 20 plus years and she loves it! We can also check your account to see if there is anything we can do to help with the bill as well. Can you send us a private message with your full name and service address?  To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
      there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
