Overpaid

I switch carriers before the end of march and was harmed to April 19th need to have this prorated and a refund back

Typically, once the account is cancelled, the system will generate a credit that would process within 30 days. You will receive an email communication regarding the refund and how to redeem the refund. I would recommend checking your spam/junk folders in the next month or so for the refund amount.
